Solution#1 Check Synchronization Settings

- First, go to Tools>>E-mail Account.
- From the E-mail Account dialogue box, select ‘View or change existing e-mail accounts’ option below Email section.

- Next, select ‘Microsoft Exchange Server object’ and click the Change button.

Fix Missing Emails in Outlook 2007, 2010 Problem
- First, go to Tools>>Account Settings.
- From the Account Settings dialogue box, go to Data Files tab.
- Check here that the default account name in the Exchange-based account facing issues.
- Then, go to the E-mail tab.
- Next, select the account in Outlook missing emails and click Settings button from the mini navigation bar.
- From the Settings dialogue box, go to Advanced tab.

Solution#2 Use OST Integrity Check Tool
This is the inbuilt tool provided by Microsoft to fix synchronization issues in Outlook. It requires connection to Exchange server to scan mailbox items.
- First, go to the folder location where the Outlook.exe file is saved to fix Outlook sync issue.
- Then, locate the scanost.exe file. This can be even traced by searching the file name in C:/Program File folder.
- Next, double-click on the file.
- From the profile list, select the account having trouble.
- Then, mark the Repair Errors box and click Begin Scan button.
Solution#3 Use Inbox Repair Tool Fix Outlook Sync Issue
- First, go to Outlook Mail folder and locate the scanpst.exe file.
- Double-click on it and Browse to the folder where PST file is saved having sync issues.
- Then, click on Begin Scan button.
- All the errors will be reported, click Repair button to retrieve any missing emails or lost email folders.
